I found this tag in Memphis while metal Detecting. It has nothing on it except " LOOP ".
I'm not sure what this Loop means except maybe a trip around the city. Maybe someone else out there might know and if so , then please give me an email.
It measures 1 3/8" tall and about 1 3/8" wide.
