We returned this week to the cistern we found and started last week. It has a lot of stuff in it, but it doesn't have as much nice stuff as we would like, but there is plenty to keep our hopes up for something great!

Too bad this little guy wasn't whole. It would have made a nice addition to someone's collection.

Here's an amber Arrow Coca-Cola bottle that we uncovered. This one is the nicest variety from Memphis. It reads: MINIMUM/CONTENTS/6 1/2/FLUID/OUNCES embossed on the rear. We found a second Amber Coke in a side-seam arrow version.

Up to this point we have found probably a hundred medical bottles and almost all of them have been slicks. This amber James S. Robinson from Memphis was a nice break!

WHAT? A Hot Springs, Ark. medical bottle? They didn't believe him at first, but when he read what was embossed out loud, everyone got excited.

What an awesome bottle! Arkansas bottles are always good, but a 16oz medical bottle from Hot Springs is a real nice find! Perfect condition too!!
There's plenty more to dig in this monster cistern. It will take us 4 or 5 weeks to finish the whole thing. We're looking for those marked whiskey jugs and mini jugs. We know they're in there some where. So, check back with us for updates on how we're doing and for new bottles we have for sale in our Web Store.
